Wheel House American Dry Gin is a grain-to-glass gin from Gold River Distillery in Rancho Cordova, outside Sacramento, distilled from red and white wheat with juniper, coriander, cubeb pepper, grains of paradise, aniseed, licorice, lemon, angelica and orris root, and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). It is an award-winning gin known for a complex yet gentle bouquet and an unusually smooth, silky first taste.
